Very pleasant experience. I have sent my gameboy advance sp from my childhood for an upgrade, and all the process was very smooth. The console took a bit more than two weeks to be returned to me, which in my opinion is very fast. The new iPS screen is gorgeous, the usb c port very convenient, and I love my new Zelda shell. Syed was easy to communicate with and very transparent: he mentioned a chip in the hinge a offered to send it back for free or a £10 refund. I’ve also asked if they can transfer the serial number sticker to the new shell and they kindly did it. So very pleased overall, thank you for giving my gameboy advance sp a new life!
